Although many people know me as Betu, I completed my university studies in 2018, an education that still shapes the way I work today: listening, understanding each situation and supporting important processes with professionalism, empathy and a personal approach.

My connection with Italy began long before my own citizenship process. I grew up surrounded by the Italian language and culture thanks to my mother, who was an Italian teacher, and that connection became even stronger when I decided to come to Italy to manage my own citizenship process.

Going through that experience first-hand allowed me to understand the uncertainty, adjustment and difficulties that many people face when they need to deal with administrative procedures, organise documentation or start a new chapter in another country.

That is how La Tua was born in 2019. It began as a personal and purpose-driven project and, over time, grew into a more structured service, with the aim of providing increasingly comprehensive, clear and personalised support.
